These teams provide the financial fuel that keeps our operation running from providing detailed analyses of financial planning, performance, and forecasts to managing our investments and financial strategies. Our Finance team plays an integral role in making our airline profitable and successful by meeting our financial goals.
Job overview and responsibilities
This role supervises the day-to-day finance, accounting, administration, payroll, treasury, and taxes activities for Vietnam. Responsible for compliance with all governments and local requirements, as well as adequate review of internal financial and business controls, in order to safeguard company assets and reliability of accounting data. Provide guidance to our business partners in areas of finance and accounting whenever necessary. In addition, this role ensures to the continuous review of country process to identify process improvements, which will yield higher efficiency at the country level.

Bachelor's degreeChief Accountant certificate5 Years relevant work experience with at least one year in Finance Manager Chief Accountant or similar supervisory roleExcellent communicatorAnalytical skillsSensitivity to cultural differencesProven customer focusSome travel requiredKnowledge of local tax laws and regulationsExtensive knowledge of international operations, policies, procedures, and processesMust be legally authorized to work in Vietnam without sponsorshipMust be fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
