Manager - Insurance Operations -hybrid

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh.  This role will be based in Austin, Texas.   We are open to candidates who wish to relocate.   This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the Austin, TX office.  As a key leader within the Business & Client Service insurance operations organization, you will drive strategic initiatives to optimize placement and policy processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards. You will oversee process governance, policy compliance, and operational excellence, fostering continuous improvement and innovation across the enterprise. 

We will count on you to:

- Develop and implement strategic frameworks for placement and policy operations to enhance efficiency and compliance

.- Lead cross-functional teams in process governance and optimization, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Provide strategic guidance on process improvements, policy review, and market trend analysis.

-  Spearhead the analysis of operational data and translate insights into actionable strategies for service excellence and cost efficiencies.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs.

- Manage stakeholder engagement and promote buy-in for strategic initiatives.

-Lead initiatives related to regulatory compliance, legislative changes, and industry best practices ensuring proactive adaptation and risk mitigation.

-Champion integration of innovative technologies and process automation to enhance operational agility and client experience.

- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, cultivating leadership capabilities aligned with strategic priorities.

- Proven experience in insurance operations, process governance, and policy compliance

.- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
