Preventive and change Management

Ownership for change management and preventive process & AT . Same should be  updated at all given times. Process should be signed up by all stakeholders. Ensure preventive maintenance at sites  as per defined  schedule and flash compliance within 1st week of every month. AT for all new sites  as per process. Review change performance for high compliance and minimize impact on services. Inventory  management and update after each change Ensuring high compliance for all CRQ (closure within maintenance window , successful completion etc.) Analyse each service impacting change plan at micro level, procedures for roll back and testing before approval. Teams should have proper SOP for preventive  activity. Ensuring SOP for new sites AT. Track all failed and cancelled changes and take corrective action with O&M, NP and vendors for avoidance in future.

Performance management

Ensuring preventive maintenance compliance month on month basis and chasing with circle teams on same. Ensure periodical dashboards and MIS to circle / internal stakeholders. Productivity measurement for teams and tools Audit internal processes and network to ensure highest compliance.

Digitization 

Coordinating with digitization teams for development  of tools which will manage site inventory and trigger  for preventive maintenance alerts. Developing tools through digitization team for auto AT for new sites. Ensure automation/digitalization  of each process like PMT, AT , inventory management , spares management , vendor docket logging etc. Focus on  improvement through automation

People management

 

Motivate team for innovation. Identify training and development needs for each individual in team and map in training calendar.
