Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Manager for the Microelectronics Design and Application Business Area (MDA BA) based out of Annapolis Junction, MD. The Industrial Security Manager – Level 1 will serve as the Personnel Security Manager for all programs within the business area. Candidate will be interfacing with internal and external leadership personnel and must have the ability to successfully manage competing priorities. The selected candidate will manage the MDA Personnel Security Team and regularly collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations. They will ensure security compliance with government and company regulations and strive for excellence in executing security milestones. This position requires maintaining program security metrics and successfully managing competing priorities.

Basic Qualifications:
Current Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Industrial Security experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of Industrial Security experience; An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Must have in-depth knowledge and familiarity with the CFR 32 part 117 (NISPOM); Intelligence Community Directives (ICD); DoD Manuals, and other related security requirements.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
