Your Responsibilities:Monitoring and managing all IT operations and systemsLeading a small SAP teamAnalyzing work processes, data flows, and identifying optimization potentials in the production environment (shop floor)Integrating isolated digital functionsPlanning and implementing new digital processesSupporting shop floor applications and providing user support for issuesManaging the IT budgetBuilding and maintaining relationships with external service providers and vendors

Our Requirements:Completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualificationExperience in leading a teamSolid knowledge of SAP, SQL, preferably with Microsoft SQL ServerDesirable knowledge in Microsoft Visual Studio, VB, C#, and VBAExcellent soft skills, especially emotional intelligence and assertivenessAbility to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutionsProven experience in project management and budget managementHigh level of independence and motivationStrong intercultural competenceFluent in German and English, both written and spoken
