SPS Commerce has an exciting leadership position as a

Manager II, Implementation on the Microsoft Market – Enterprise Team!

 

This management position is a key member of the MMT Enterprise team and will lead a group of Implementation Consultants who implement EDI integration services for SPS clients within our D365 project portfolio.  We are looking for a strong results driven leader who has the ability to drive projects and work collaboratively to ensure deliverables are met.

 

Position Summary:  

You will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining a highly productive and skilled team of resources focused on delivering technical integration solutions to our customers. Strong interaction with clients and internal sales, marketing, integrated services, development, technology, and support teams will be a regular part of your role. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

Supervise assignments of delivery resources to implementation projectsEnsure on time delivery of project deliverables for clients and working with internal stakeholders to communicate obstacles facedManage a team of consultants focused on D365 EDI integrationsPerform 1:1s with employees, conducts performance reviews and career development discussionsProvide feedback on quality, timeliness and cost-effectiveness of customer and internal deliverables, and coaches direct reports regularlyFacilitate process improvement discussions across internal functions to implement changes that improve SPS Commerce business performance and operationsProvide mentoring and work direction for team resources, as neededPartner with Sales, Implementation, Customer Support and Customer Success to ensure effective touch points are maintained to provide excellence in all areas of service delivery

Location:  

This role is either remote, or hybrid out of our Minneapolis office, based on the candidate’s location.  For hybrid office locations, we Succeed Together though in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility.  

 

Required Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s degree plus at least 5 years of related work experience; Master’s degree plus at least 3 years of related work experience; OR equivalent combination of experience and educationAt least 2 years of management experienceExcellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills, especially at various levels in an organizationData driven with experience developing and using metrics to make business decisionsStrong interaction with clients and internal sales, marketing, integrated services, development, technology, and support teamsProven ability to lead a team of individual contributors on a day-to-day basis and provide leadership to help navigate issues faced on projectsExperience working with D365 F&SC

 

 Preferred Qualifications:  

Demonstrated experience in completing IT or Service implementation projectsKnowledge of supply chain, the retail industry and EDIPrevious demonstrated management experienceExperience developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organizationConsulting background preferred

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.  

The annual salary range for this role is: $93,200 - $149,200. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.   

Additionally, you may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. An incentive award, if granted, is based on individual and/or organizational performance.
