The integrated full-service solutions leverage a 97-year legacy in event management as well as new technologies to deliver moments that matter. **Summary** It is the responsibility of the Manager I&D to manage a team of installers who are responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing structures and major components. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence. This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Manage team of exempt and non-exempt employees in the I&D department. Hire, fire, train, manage, mentor, discipline, and coach team members. Properly delegate responsibilities. + Secure Exhibitor Sales Manual for shows and is familiar with the rules and regulations of the show. + Interact with all I&D customers, including maintenance of existing accounts, development of new accounts, and building rapport with exhibit houses, key accounts, etc. + Understand proper procedures to complete paperwork pertaining to I&D Department. + Check I & D work orders to verify accuracy of information. + Secure all necessary equipment, tools, and supplies needed to service the show floor. + Ensure that the I&D service desk is properly staffed. + Make necessary arrangements with Operations Manager to see that all equipment is delivered to show site. + Prepare and place all labor calls for I&D. Prepare daily show floor worksheet and dispatch labor to the floor. + Manage all I&D show floor operations while maintaining high profile with clients. + Oversee all exhibit system booth rental construction at show site. + Interact with clients to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided. + Determine appropriate discounts for selected exhibitor accounts within the guidelines of Freeman’s I&D discount policy. + Maintain knowledge of all facets of I&D Planner/Coordinator and I&D Field Representative jobs. + Work with Foremen and Exhibitor Services while at show site. + Track realization numbers – billed versus actual hours. + Assist Exhibitor Sales staff (when possible) with telephone solicitation. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Education & Experience** + Bachelor's Degree or five (5) years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required. + Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures (including labor jurisdictions). + 5 years’ experience in an operations capacity. + 2 years prior management experience is required. + Industry experience required. + Excellent written and verbal skills. **What We Offer** Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
