Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end OTI process, including order management, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Manage budgeting, bidding processes (RFPs), and strategic cost initiatives to drive operational excellence.Enhance service levels and operational efficiency by partnering closely with commercial and finance teams.Monitor orders and oversee external vendors managing order fulfillment, consignment inventory, and logistics, working in sync with the sales team.Establish and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for order management, vendor performance, and consignment processes.Contribute to high-impact projects and Customer Operations (CO)-related initiatives, representing Taiwan in organizational strategies.Analyze customer ordering behaviors and interactions to ensure a seamless experience and optimize return/exchange processes.Work closely with IT, ERP specialists, and the Center of Excellence (COE) to resolve system errors and enhance OTI functionality.Skills and Experience
Preferred: Hands-on experience in SAP operations, particularly in order management, consignment handling, and invoicing workflows.Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal, to effectively engage in cross-functional communication and global collaboration.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis) for data-driven decision-making.Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective cross-functional collaboration.7~15 years of experience in customer service, supply chain management, or a related field.Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to process improvements.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently, ensuring operational efficiency.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the consumer goods or healthcare industry.Background in project management or process improvement to drive continuous enhancements.Familiarity with SAP systems or Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data analysis and reporting.Alcon Careers
