We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager I for our Account Management team for our compliance business programs, specifically focused on our environmental, product and related 3P compliance initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our seller base and enable to sell without any compliance blockers. The position requires close collaboration with brokers, partners, and product teams to create a seamless ecosystem for compliance products and services including PoB, C2S2 etc. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our programs and drive significant business growth. Key job responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of AM/PM dedicated to various Compliance programs
Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric service
Collaborate with internal teams including product, logistics, and compliance to enhance program offerings
Represent the cross-border program in high-level meetings with senior management
Build and maintain relationships with key external partners to support program growth
Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and strategy development
Create and present regular performance reports to senior leadership
Identify trends and opportunities for program optimization
Continuously evaluate and enhance processes related to compliance product gap solutions
Lead initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability of the cross-border program
