ADP is hiring a Manager, EMEA HR Shared Services Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

Execute Every Day: Oversees all daily activities of the EMEA HR Shared Services Center, ensuring top-notch support to associate queries on payroll, benefits, time and attendance, HR application support and other HR services.  Champion Change: Comfortable interpreting data and problem solving, the Service Center Leader champions continuous improvement within HR Shared Services EMEA.  Serves as coach and mentor for operational excellence.  Inspires world-class performance: Ensures adherence to Service Level Agreements and conducts regular performance reviews with EMEA HR Leadership.  Compliance Champion: Ensures compliance with Applicable Laws and ADP Policies.  Maintains Data Privacy Standards.  Build Trust and Belonging: Builds a culture where everyone feels they belong and are valued. Builds engagement and empowers the team to contribute to our success. 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 

2+ years experience as a Supervisor, HR Services or 4-5 years experience as a contact center manager. 

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: 

BA/BS Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience and education.   Background in a Client Service Center and in-depth working knowledge of overall department operations a plus.  Proven proficiency in continuous improvement and/or operational excellence.  Multi-Lingual
