**Manager, HR Shared Services EMEA** We are seeking a candidate with excellent leadership qualities to join our regional team as Manager, HR Shared Services EMEA. In this role you will provide leadership to managers and professional employees while being accountable for the performance and results of multiple-related teams across the organization within the region. This role will focus on developing departmental plans, setting priorities, and allocating resources to align with business objectives and annual plans. The ideal candidate should bring experience in managing multiple related teams, identifying and solving complex operational and organizational problems, and delivering high-quality HR services while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Provide leadership to managers and professional employees across multiple HR Shared Services teams and foster a positive and collaborative environment. Be accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities. Evaluate current HR team capabilities and identify skill gaps, develop succession plans and upskilling initiatives aligned with business goals. + Develop departmental plans, including business, production and organizational priorities that align with corporate objectives. Set departmental priorities and allocate resources to align with business objectives and annual plan, ensuring decisions are guided by resource availability and organizational objectives. + Oversee the delivery of HR services to employees across multiple teams, including but not limited to onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, payroll support, and employee inquiries through case management, chats & voice support, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met across all teams. + Implement tiered HR support models by defining clear roles and responsibilities for Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, ensuring seamless escalation paths and service-level agreements (SLAs) across all service delivery channels. + Identify and solve complex, operational and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department. Conduct comprehensive reviews of current HR operations across EMEA, identifying inefficiencies and proposing scalable, tiered support models (Tier 1: transactional; Tier 2: strategic) while ensuring alignment across global operations team. Continuously review and improve HR service delivery processes for efficiency and effectiveness, streamline processes to increase productivity across multiple teams. + Work closely with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) teams to ensure system functionality aligns with service needs across the region. Participate in UATs and successful implementations of systems as needed. Leverage HR technology and tools to support service delivery, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement across multiple teams. Drive process improvement and automation by identifying manual HR processes for automation and leveraging AI tools and HR tech platforms to streamline workflows. + Ensure HR shared services across multiple teams adhere to legal, regulatory, and company compliance standards including regional requirements. Implement regional HR governance by working with broader HR team to standardize policies and procedures across OpCos, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and GDPR. Implement actions to improve performance across teams and ensure confidentiality of information, documentation and assigned records. + Work closely with other HR teams (e.g., talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations) to ensure seamless delivery of services across multiple teams. Partner with business leaders to identify HR needs and customize solutions as necessary. Build strategic relationships with OpCos by establishing regular touchpoints with HR leads in each OpCo and aligning local HR practices with regional strategy while respecting cultural nuances. Persuade managers and leaders to take action and negotiate with external partners/vendors/customers as needed. + Act as the point of contact for all regional escalations across multiple teams, research to identify and resolve causes for issues on complex queries and tasks. Support in developing documentation on processes with control mechanisms to eliminate errors across all teams. + Act as a point of contact for HR stakeholders in various countries, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the region while managing multiple related teams and their interactions with stakeholders. + Lead stakeholder engagement and governance forums by scheduling governance meetings with senior stakeholders and presenting data-driven updates and strategic recommendations to ensure alignment with business objectives. + Apply knowledge of key business drivers and factors that maximize performance for area of responsibility. Impact department results by supporting and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies guided by organizational functional business plans. Benchmark against best-in-class HR ops models by incorporating practices such as localized compliance expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive risk management, while reviewing resourcing, scope, budgets, SLAs, and KPIs. **YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:** + Ability to manage multiple related teams and provide leadership to managers and professional employees, navigating cultural differences across EMEA + Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices within own discipline and knowledge of others, with ability to apply this knowledge across multiple teams + Experience with HR technology (HRIS, payroll systems, etc.) and systems implementation across multiple teams and regions + Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with ability to persuade managers and leaders to take action and negotiate with external stakeholders + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while being accountable for results of multiple related teams + High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to set departmental priorities and allocate resources effectively + Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance regulations for EMEA countries, with ability to ensure compliance across multiple teams + Knowledge of key business drivers and factors that maximize performance, with ability to identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems + HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required) + At least 10+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR operations, or a similar role, with proven track record in leadership of multiple teams and accountability for multiple teams' results + Experience in matrixed, international environments with ability to manage multiple related teams + Experience in developing departmental plans and allocating resources to align with business objectives + German and French language skills are a strong asset **Ralliant Overview** Every day, engineers transform scientific potential into real-world impact, reshaping how we live and work.
