Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

Partner and consult plant leadership on HR-related matters.Provide coaching and strategic advice to key stakeholders.

Recruitment & Selection

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to implement recruitment strategies.Participate in candidate selection, ensuring the right hiring decisions.

Performance Management

Foster a high-performance culture aligned with business goals.Provide guidance to plant management in delivering operational excellence.

Talent & Capability Development

Lead People & Capability Reviews to enhance workforce effectiveness.Develop succession planning strategies to strengthen the talent pipeline.

Employee Engagement & Relations

Drive employee engagement programs and strengthen workplace culture.Foster relationships with local communities and government agencies through CSR initiatives.Provide support in handling employee relations issues, conflict mediation, and disciplinary procedures.

Policy Implementation & Compliance

Ensure HR policies align with company strategy and Thai labor laws.Identify areas for continuous improvement in HR processes and employee well-being.

Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards)

Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and incentive plans.Advise managers and employees on compensation structures and regulatory compliance.

HR Data & Reporting

Maintain HR information systems with accurate data.Generate HR reports on key workforce metrics such as staffing, absenteeism, and overtime.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong HR generalist background with expertise in talent management, performance evaluation, and employee relations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of Thai labor laws.Ability to work independently with confidence and autonomy.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Willingness to travel and work across both Kalasin and Sikhiu plants.

Desirable Requirements

Managerial experience is a plus.Ability to prioritize workload and make agile decisions.High level of confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.Proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills.
