Your work will guide real-world talent decisions that shape how we hire, grow, and retain people at every level. Your Day Consists Of
Designing and evolving dashboards that track the health of our workforce—from turnover to succession readiness.Building and maintaining Workday reports that are clean, compliant, and ready for real-time decision-making.Partnering with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to define the right metrics—and ask better questions.Translating raw data into strategic stories that influence how we grow talent and strengthen our culture.Advising stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Comms on what the data really says.Training HRBPs and team leads on using data confidently—and making it part of the everyday conversation.You’ll Be Supported With

8+ years in data analytics with a strong track record in HR reporting, workforce metrics, and people insights—especially around turnover, hiring funnel performance, training effectiveness, and succession planning.Advanced skills in Workday HCM, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint—with the ability to build, analyze, and communicate reports that drive decisions.A sharp analytical mindset and comfort pulling insights from multiple sources, including HR systems—and potentially sales or finance data in the future.A consultative approach that helps business partners not just see the numbers, but understand their meaning and implications.Bonus points if you’ve worked with platforms like Phenom or Acorn—but not required.A knack for simplifying complexity, managing competing priorities, and delivering accurate, actionable results under tight timelines.Working Conditions (travel & environment)
