As a Manager Group Consolidation, you participate in the financial consolidation by collecting, judging of and reporting on the financial figures of dsm-firmenich. As well as being a focal point between reporting units, Business Units/Regional Finance Centers and the shared service center on one hand, and the internal and external stakeholders on the other hand. **Your key responsibilities** + Manage and contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of financial results for a global organization with over €13 billion in turnover and 350+ legal entities + Prepare complex financial reports, including the cash-flow statement, and deliver ad hoc reports for senior management and other stakeholders + Assess and document complex accounting topics, including business combinations and divestments, and prepare related journal entries + Review consolidation reports prepared by team members, providing coaching and feedback to ensure quality and consistency + Develop technical accounting documentation and lead internal trainings for consolidation and local finance teams + Coordinate the preparation of annual reports for sub-consolidations (legacy DSM and/or Firmenich), including planning, disclosures, and audit management + Act as a key contributor in strategic projects such as auditor onboarding, harmonization of accounting practices, M&A reporting, and goodwill impairment testing + Promote a best-in-class reporting environment by simplifying systems, standardizing processes, and supporting global finance teams **We bring** + **Sustainability Commitment** : Join a company where sustainability is embedded in strategy and operations + **Empowered Flexibility** : A work environment that promotes ownership and work-life balance + **Inspiring Innovation** : A legacy of scientific breakthroughs and a future full of collaborative opportunities + **Well-Being Priority** : A culture that prioritizes physical and mental well-being + **Reward** : Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 95,000 to € 110,000 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more **You bring** + A Master’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting, with CPA or equivalent certification + 10+ years of experience in auditing and/or financial group accounting, including Big Four experience + Strong knowledge of IFRS and technical accounting topics + Affinity with systems and automation (preferably SAP GR); Excel proficiency is essential + A detail-oriented, ambitious team player with adaptability in a post-merger environment + Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset to ensure reporting quality + Fluency in written and verbal English **About dsm-firmenich** At dsm-firmenich, we don’t just meet expectations – we go beyond them.
