Job Summary:

The Manager FP&A is responsible for performing a broad range of accounting functions with lead responsibility for accounting records in a small office or organization department, Under general direction.

Also analyzes and verifies internal consistency, completeness, and arithmetic accuracy of account documents and makes adjustments.

Major Responsibilities:

Under general direction, performs a broad range of accounting functions with lead responsibility for accounting records in a small office or organization departmentPrepare month end journal entries for provisions, reserves, and consumption to Ensure they reflect the appropriate accounting periodThoroughly review of customer orders to maximize recovery and reduce delinquent receivablesTimely reporting to the area finance team not limited to sales forecasts, H.56, H.37, SGNA and variance commentaryTimely reporting to local finance and commercial teams not limited to sales pivot, statutory sales tax, DSO, variances, customer hold release statusServe as a POC for the contractual workforce and partner with service provider for payroll processing, advance recoveries, expense claims and other miscellaneous expenses

Education/Knowledge & Experience:

Preferably MBA in Finance & Accounting or CA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA Minimum of 5 -6 year’ experience in accounting and finance role Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the specific area.Ability to execute highly complex or specialized workKnowledge acquired from several years of experience or specialist training in particular areaWorks independently, applies standards yet adapts precedent and may make departures from established processes to resolve problems
