Role Overview
As a Manager, you will lead due diligence projects, ensuring precise and insightful analysis that guides strategic business decisions. Your expertise will be pivotal in navigating complex transactions and driving growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute due diligence processes, evaluating financial risks, and identifying key deal drivers.
Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering tailored solutions and strategic insights.
Prepare and present clear, well-documented reports and presentations, summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
Experiences in due diligence within a consulting firm or another transaction department internally within firm
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple high-quality projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and native fluency in Slovak or Czech.

Salary: From 4000 EUR/gross/monthly
