About the department

As part of Novo Nordisk's CMC & Product Supply organization, the CMC Product & Process Development area transforms drug candidates into life-changing treatments. We advance molecules from research to market by developing commercial manufacturing processes and producing high-quality products for clinical trials, while preparing necessary scientific documentation for regulatory submissions.

We ensure formulation designs are compatible with aseptic production and handle complex modalities like peptides, antibodies, oligonucleotides, and gene therapies in a non-GMP environment. Collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO), we also contribute to regulatory filings.

Our team of about 100 skilled colleagues is organized into five teams in Måløv, greater Copenhagen. We pride ourselves on a can-do attitude and an open-minded culture, focused on project delivery and advancement.
