Kforce's client, a growing Technology (AI) service provider in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead their FP&A activities. Key Tasks: * Reports to the CFO and will manage monthly forecasts, annual operating plan and long-range planning * Work with leaders of all teams to assist in reporting, forecasting and analyzing financial and operational results to support better business decisions * Manage financial planning and analysis functions to support business objectives and monitor performance * Oversee the creation of financial models * Analyze performance and trends including monitoring and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) * Review financial statements/reports to assist with budget planning, create projections, and cost management initiatives * Manage the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial projects * Prepare executive level presentations and communications This is a hands-on role with unlimited exposure.
