In this role, you will lead the development, execution, and growth of strategic financial partnerships that strengthen World of Hyatt, our award-winning loyalty program, across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
You will drive high-impact initiatives with financial institutions that deepen member engagement, grow revenue, and enhance brand value across diverse markets. This role collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, operations, legal, and finance teams to deliver measurable results.
The Manager - Financial Partnerships is part of the Commercial Services team, reporting to the Director of Partnerships and working closely with team members across marketing, operations, legal, and finance teams.
The role is based in Germany, Spain or the United Kingdom with periodic travel required.
Your Responsibilities

Extensive experience in product management and/or partnerships, ideally in financial services or hospitality, with international or multi-market exposureProven experience in partner relationship management, including negotiation and contract oversightStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insightsKnowledge of loyalty program models and financial regulations in the EU/UKExcellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholdersFamiliarity with multi-channel marketing (email, digital, print); experience with partner-led channels is an advantageDemonstrated ability to drive results, manage change, and navigate ambiguitySkilled at cross-functional collaboration within complex, matrixed organizationsFluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantageGlobally Recognized Loyalty Program
