CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES + _Anchor PAN India Trade Distributor Claims Management:_ + _Spoc from Finance for Trade team_ + _Lead team handling TT claims_ + _Strong monitoring and control of PAN India claims flow by Region_ + _Ensure smooth FnF and replacement of Distributor with no outstanding/claim_ + Liaise with stakeholder/cross functions – Trade, Commercial Excellence, Legal and OEC for policy closures and interpretation + _MIS reporting_ _Verifying and processing of DB claims of specific Regions allotted:_ + _Maintaining TAT of 15 working days for clear claims_ + _Ensuring CFM0060 compliance and all relevant SOPs_ + _Maintaining Claims Tracker_ + _MIS reporting_ _NDCs and Balance Confirmation:_ + _Collecting and tracking NDCs and Balance confirmations periodically_ _Ledger review and control_ + _Ensure ledger hygiene by having periodic review of ledger_ + _Liaise with Business Supply Chain and CFS to ensure proper ledger maintenance_ + _Validate the ledgers with One Click to disseminate correct ledger information to field colleagues_ _Collections analysis and follow up_ + _Review open items and invoices from ledgers_ + _Follow up for open invoices with Trade team/stakeholders_ _Audit requirements_ + _Regularly attend to and update Audit requirements_ _Other Deliverables/Projects/MIS_ + _MIS/Projects that may come up basis dynamic requirements_ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS **Minimum Education** _Post- Graduation_ **Education Level** **Major/Field of Study** _Post Graduate_ _Finance, Commerce.
