As a Manager - Finance, you will manage the financial activities and functions for a business segment, region or off system business. You will work collaboratively with the various support functions and be a key business partner to the sales organization. You will oversee the budget and forecast process and work with managers to produce and manage effective budgets, as well as act as an advisor to management on regulations and other matters that may impact the financial activities of the company. You will provide financial analysis to the business to bolster strategy and improve profitability and working capital. You will ensure financial transactions are in compliance with governmental and internal rules and regulations.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide support to managers in regard to financial reporting and trends
+ Provide analytical and financial support to assigned business leaders
+ Interface with business leaders and builds relationships in support of financial planning and performance measurement
+ Work with business to understand strategies, initiatives, priorities, and cost drivers
+ Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close in collaboration with the controllership function.
+ Develop strategies to support business growth through negotiating new strategic partnerships as well as through growth of core business
+ Prepare financial reports and performs financial analysis
+ Ensure all budgets and forecasts are accurately entered and reconciled in financial systems
+ Lead financial preparation of forecasts, annual budget, and long- term strategic plan
+ Lead and motivates staff, promoting a collaborative working environment
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related required;
+ Licenses/Certificates/Designations - CPA or CMA
+ 7 years required of progressive experience working within relevant finance role or related professional role
+ 3 years required of supervisory or leadership experience
+ Proven strategic planning experience at management level
+ Advanced in Microsoft Excel
+ Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
+ Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
+ Strong communication and presentation skills
+ Prior experience anticipating financial and operational issue
+ Ability to travel up to 25%
