Job overview and responsibilities

Manage technician level staff to deliver the optimal performance of airline facilities assetsTo minimize disruption to airline operations caused by unforeseen systems outages and facilities deficiencies by establishing and continuously refining the process to perform corrective and preventative maintenance tasksEnsure compliance with jurisdictional regulations while maintaining high safety standards during the performance of the maintenance tasksSite Visits and Facility Assessments:Perform regular site visits to assess condition of facilities and to inspect progress on strategic initiativesDevelop plan to streamline maintenance tasks or to determine conditions requiring additional focusPerform assessments of facilities or systems after outages or assess progress of corrective workContract Administration:Meet with provider to review status of major initiatives, significant outage investigations, review invoicesContinuously review scope of contract for additions and deletionsAirport Internal Customer Collaboration:Interface with airport maintenance management to discuss and develop solutions to issues of maintenance interfaceMeet with internal stakeholders to review performance and create initiatives to improve performance

High school diploma10 years of facilities management experiencePLC logic, baggage system controls, electrical (high and low voltage), HVAC, passenger boarding bridge competencyMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
