Pay: $39.32 - $62.90 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a remote or a hybrid option.
Summary:
The experience Design Manager is responsible for improving the patient and family experience at Memorial Hospital using human-centered design and mixed-methods research. This role uses staff and patient feedback and data to identify key opportunities, working directly with care teams and leaders to design and implement practical improvements. The manager supports teams in using insights do drive change, ensuring efforts are aligned with organizational priorities and the needs of the Southern Colorado community.
Responsibilities:
+ Applying human-centered design efforts using tools like journey mapping, experience audits, and co-design workshops
+ Leading mixed-methods research to generate actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative date
+ Coaching frontline teams and leaders to apply experience data and test new approaches
+ Collaborating across departments to align experience improvements with strategic and equity-focused goals
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in related field.
+ 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
+ Experience with leading publications, white papers, etc.
