Manager Experience Design - Data and Insights
Description Location: UCHealth UCHlth Catalyst Bldg Denver, US:CO:Denver Department: Experience And Innovation FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 40.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $39.32 - $62.90 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a remote or a hybrid option. Summary: We are seeking a hands-on and technically proficient Manager of Experience Analytics to lead our data initiatives. This role is primarily responsible for applying quantitative methods to complex health care data to uncover insights that will drive evidence-based improvements. The successful candidate will be an expert in statistical analysis who will provide technical mentorship and ensure the highest standards. This position is ideal for a statistician who is passionate about apply their expertise to enhance patient outcomes. Responsibilities: + Conduct rigorous data analysis using a variety of tools and techniques to synthesize surveys, interview, focus groups, and operational data into clear findings. + Translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategy, service design, and experience improvement efforts across clinical and operation teams. + Lead mixed-methods research projects by designing and executing qualitative and quantitative studies that surface deep insights into patient and staff experience. + Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including patients, clinicians, and leaders - to ensure research findings are relevant, accessible, and lead to real change. Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in related field. + 3 years of relevant experience. Preferred: + Experience with leading publications, white papers, etc. We improve lives.
