**Description** Manager Executive Chef at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is Full-time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. The Manager Executive Chef supervises plans, directs, supervises and coordinates the daily operations of a team of Food and Nutrition caregivers. This position is responsible for providing seamless customer service in the area of meals for patients, retail and catering. Handles food according to HACCP guidelines and is aware of minimum standards for a quality food service operation. Adheres to standard recipes and plating guidelines. Responsible for accuracy of all assembled meal orders, maintaining par stocks, ordering supplies and rotating product for maximum quality.
