Position Summary

The Market Leader is a dynamic and accountable executive responsible for driving growth, profitability, and culture within a defined geographic real estate market. This role leads cross-functional teams, owns market performance, and fosters strategic partnerships to deliver exceptional customer experiences and community impact.

Key Responsibilities Lead title, escrow, and sales team members, holding them accountable to performance and service standards. Own the market’s Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring financial health and sustainable growth. Create and execute strategies that drive market expansion, elevate customer experience, and strengthen team culture. Build collaborative partnerships with Growth, Operations, and Finance teams to align on goals and deliver results. Execute one CommunityOne event annually to enhance brand presence and raise funds for a local charity. Champion innovation and continuous improvement across all market functions. Foster a culture of accountability, trust, and shared success. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in real estate or a related industry. Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Passion for community engagement and team development.
