At Avantor, we're looking for a Manager Equipment Services to lead our Technical Services operations across Sweden. Based in Stockholm, you'll report directly to the Director ES Region North and take ownership of driving growth, optimizing service delivery, and developing a high-performing team. What We Are Looking For

You are an experienced people leader with a proven track record in technical services and an instinct for commercial success. You have the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution and are confident making data-informed decisions in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
To succeed, you will need:

Strong leadership experience in managing technical and administrative teams

Proven knowledge of technical service environments, ideally with ISO 9001 or ISO 17025 familiarity

High-level influencing skills and collaborative mindset

Solid understanding of financial models including labor cost control and third-party service use

Fluency in both English and Swedish, with a valid driving license

Ability to work from the Stockholm office 3 days/week, with travel across Sweden

Actively participate in the local leadership team, helping shape the broader strategic direction
You’ll manage a team of 5 field-based professionals across Stockholm, Gothenburg, and South Sweden—empowering them to excel while making a measurable difference for our customers and our business.
