Northrop Grumman's Human Resources team is seeking an Employee Relations (ER) Operations Manager. As a member of the Employee Relations Center of Excellence (CoE), the Employee Relations Operations Manager creates key solutions, maximizes processes, leads system digitalization, and leads the Ops team providing services to our partners.
Responsibilities include:
Leads the ER CoE's process development, digitization initiatives, project management, and data/analytics coordination.
Gathers the CoE and business’ needs to propose, create, and deliver new approaches meeting emerging needs.
Works closely with the HR Service Center to maximize our partners' and employees' experience with our ER solutions.
Manages the ER Operations team to deliver ER processes and information to our partners.
The position reports to the ER Director of the CoE. The position can be performed virtually and may include up to 10% travel.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of business experience. (Combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement).
At least 5 years of experience with systems/digitalization development and implementation experience
Minimum of 5 years of proven project management and delivery
Background in data and analytics
Proven experience in leading an operations function
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, Navex and/or other ERP systems
Experience in Human Resources
Team management
Primary Level Salary Range: $140,500.00 - $210,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
