Job Summary The Manager of Employee Health will provide leadership in achieving ongoing quality, productivity, and efficiency in the Employee Health Department. Manages diverse health services provided to employees, students, contractors and volunteers. Job Relationships: Reports to and receives assignments from the Director. Qualifications + Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Nursing, required. + Experience: Three years Successful supervisory/management experience, required. + Licensure/Certification: + Current RN license in appropriate state, required. + Certified Occupational Health Nurse, preferred. + Additional Skills (required): + Communication: Creates an environment that supports and respects diversity to promote creative problem solving.
