YOUR IMPACT 

OpenText is seeking a strategic and operational leader to manage professional services delivery around OpenText products like Process Suite for public sector clients in the Benelux region. The role is focused on driving excellence in service delivery, supporting sales, and growing a high-performing consulting team. 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS 

Leading a team of 15 EIM software consultants and architects 

Ensuring high-quality execution of services and projects 

Providing oversight and escalation management 

Aligning with best practices and product management for solution implementation 

Understanding and contributing to services sales and solution packaging 

Communicating effectively with internal teams (sales, legal, marketing) and external partners 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

University degree in an IT-field 

7+ years in consulting, with at least 2 years in management or leading large projects 

Proven success in delivering complex projects in public sector or similar industries 

Strong knowledge of EIM market and OpenText technologies. 

Ability to contextualize solutions within vertical-specific business processes 

Willingness to travel as needed
