Be part of a company that's moving the world forward—join us and drive change ! As Manager E-Commerce, Propositions & Cross Brand, you're a member of the CMO department of Stellantis Nederland B.V. Your mission consist in initiating & leading the E-Commerce related lines of business for Stellantis NL as well as challenging the Brand Propositions and overseeing the Cross Brand Campaigns Within this position, you will report to the CMO Director. The role is located in the office of Amsterdam and offering a hybrid working environment (minimum 2 days at the office, 3 days home office). This position is starting first with a fixed term contract of 1 year based 40h per week. Your contribution : • Lead the development of online car sales, subscription models, and integration of the Services Offensive business model in the Dutch market, • Collaborate across business units (e.g., sales, aftersales, leasing) and channels (e.g., web, app, CRM, in-vehicle) to ensure relevant services are offered at the right time, • Drive a shift from siloed operations to a customer-centric lifecycle approach, enhancing personalization and service relevance, • Manage and support the Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to optimize lead flow, conversion, and customer satisfaction, • Analyze performance metrics, conversion rates, and customer feedback; deliver regular reports and insights, • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to improve marketing and E-Commerce initiatives, • Oversee budget planning and control in coordination with HQ and internal stakeholders, • Supervise the Campaign & Event Manager in developing brand value propositions and executing cross-brand campaigns, • Identify and execute effective cross-brand marketing initiatives aligned with customer needs and market trends, • Shape go-to-market strategies, monitor campaign performance, and adjust tactics as needed, • Coordinate cross-brand campaigns and events, • Present propositions to internal and external stakeholders, • Foster collaboration across marketing, sales, and brand teams while challenging briefs to enhance outcomes. What makes you a great fit: • A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Communication or Marketing, • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, experienced in managing third-party suppliers on a day-to-day basis, and experienced in working with international teams within a large European business, • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends are essential, as well as strong organizational skills, being an initiator and team player, • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary, along with experience in project management and working in cross-functional teams, • Creative and innovative thinking, being data-driven and 'digital savvy' with a customer-centric approach, and excellent stakeholder management skills are also required, • Good communication and presentation skills, excellent organizational, team management, and planning skills, a flexible approach, the ability to multitask, and being happy working in a fast-changing environment, • Fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills in English, • A genuine passion for cars and enthusiasm for our brands is a big plus!
