Manager - Distribution Experience Team

**Job Summary**
The Manager, Distribution Experience Team is responsible for managing strategic customer relationships tied to our distribution services. This leader will oversee 4+ supervisors and their teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery, resolving billing and service issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer value and expand service offerings.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and develop a national team supporting strategic customer accounts leveraging both insourced and outsourced labor services
+ Manage a geographically dispersed team, including supervisors and frontline staff
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customer relationships, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency
+ Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to resolve issues and drive improvements
+ Ensure contractual obligations are met and exceeded
+ Partner with third-party providers to meet customer staffing and operational needs
+ Drive process improvements and resolve service or billing inquiries
+ Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and grow customer partnerships
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
+ 8+ years of relevant experience preferred
+ Hospital Supply Chain experience preferred
+ Proven leadership experience managing distributed teams and customer-facing operations required
+ Travel Expectations: Up to 75%
**Anticipated salary range:** $103,500 - $147,900
