DSP is a common technology platform supporting J&J MedTech digital solutions across the MedTech businesses, by helping businesses connect their medical devices to a secure cloud for connectivity and data insights. DSP Operations Manager will lead the support and operations of the platform. A successful candidate in this role will bring strong experience and leadership in modern, cloud-based IT operations and service management. Demonstrable foresight with certifiably compliant (ISO27001 and HITRUST) processes is required. **Key Responsibilities:** The Manager will own the execution of support and services operations for DSP. Specifically: + Lead the Operations team's execution of Service Requests and Incidents in support of DSP's Service catalog, in a timely manner. Also lead Azure and compliance maintenance activities; these responsibilities include, but is not limited to, Alerts, Privileged Access Reporting, Security Alerts, Risky Sign-ins, IAM/access requests (Entra and Okta), etc. + Collaborate with Operations Director to refine processes and reporting; then complete the reports. Provide insights for opportunities to improve based on available data. + Ensure service, operations, and support operates in a compliant manner and generates the necessary audit evidence to satisfy relevant standards like GxP, HITRUST, GDPR, and ISO27001. Work with Privacy and Risk/Security teams as appropriate. + Maintain and improve the service and support knowledge base, including both normative (Standard Operations Procedures and Work Instructions) and non-normative documentation. Partner with engineering to implement a “shift-left” strategy and adopt a modern approach to service management, specifically by closely partnering with Core Platform team in the delivery of Infrastructure as Code for the platform. + Lead Operations team in Agile processes to manage work (Standups, Backlog stack ranking, Retros, DoD, etc.). **Qualifications** **Experience and Skills:** **Required:** + A minimum of 5 years’ experience within IT or similar area, with a focus on Support or Operations. + Experience with Azure cloud services is required. **Preferred:** + Experience with ServiceNow (or equivalent). + Proven successful delivery of support, service, and operations for a Cloud-based environment. + Experience in a healthcare environment or another highly-regulated industry. + Previous people management experience is an advantage. + Keen eye for investigating, analyzing and creating reports to support operations **Other:** + Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written and oral). + Relevant certifications (e.g. Agile/SAFe, Azure, etc.) is advantageous. + Contribute to the creation of a diverse and inclusive Credo-based culture, and a climate of psychological safety that values learning, growth, and sustainable performance. _This is a_ _remote_ _role available in all states_ _within the US_ _. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
