How will you make an impact in this role?

American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payment card issuer for corporations and small businesses with products and services to help them run and grow their business. Within GCS, the GCS and Enterprise Solutions team leads product development on a portfolio of products including consumer and commercial banking, commercial card, marketing capabilities, partner integrations, and the virtual payments platform. The team also leads product design and research across GCS as well as business development initiatives to support our banking scale.

The Manager, Growth Marketing and Analytics Capabilities, is a product development role. You will be instrumental in spearheading development of marketing capabilities initiatives to drive growth in the Small Business segment, collaborating across the enterprise to grow contextual, cross-selling opportunities for Small Business products, and partner with Marketing to evolve our strategies to meet the needs of our customers. This exciting role requires a motivated individual with passion, coupled with attention to detail, to define and unlock new capabilities to accelerate marketing enablement.

Responsibilities include:

Lead the implementation of contextual, cross-sell opportunities across the digital ecosystem Manage the development and delivery of Agile stories and epics, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives for this initiative Clearly articulate impact of any changes to team members and ensure testing and acceptance processes are completed successfully Lead projects independently from end-to-end. Build consensus while also identifying risks and communicating with leadership to remove roadblocks Partner with Analytics and Marketing to prioritize and deliver initiatives to integrate platform and enterprise data with the goal of delivering multi-touch attribution to enable spend optimization Partner with Analytics and other Product teams to deliver a comprehensive Small Business Analytics tooling strategy and a plan to execution upon the strategy Own third-party vendor relationships to innovate on capabilities and drive efficiencies Collaborate with key stakeholders including Marketing, Engineering, and UX Design to develop solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements and timelines Create and update management reports to track progress of development and quantify impact post-launch

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in digital product and development with proven ability to effectively drive consensus amongst cross-functional teams, seamlessly deliver customer-focused experiences, and thrive dealing with fast paced and changing needs in a matrixed environment Balance of technical and business knowledge with experience working with engineers and designers on complex products in an agile way Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including change management conversations. Able to build positive relationships, and influence decisions with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders Structured, analytical thinking: Ability to dive deep on data to monitor results and quantify impact Curiosity & grit: Ability to conduct independent discovery and research, driving outstanding questions to resolution Organization and planning: Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills and a proven ability to manage cross-functional, large/complex Background in or demonstrated ability to use data analytics tools to derive insights including A/B testing, funnel analysis, session replay, user surveys, cohort analysis, etc.  Interest in marketing attribution methodologies and implications for investment Bachelor's degree

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
