How will you make an impact in this role?
As a Manager for Colleague Product Management (CPM) organization within the Colleague Experience Group (also known as Human Resources) at American Express you will partner closely with Business Quality & Operations, Control Management, Servicing and Technology to deliver innovative, product-led solutions that enhance platform integrity, compliance, and sustainability.
Partner closely with Business Quality & Operations, Control Management, and Technology to co-create scalable, sustainable solutions that strengthen platform controls and compliance Translate complex regulatory and risk requirements into actionable product features, user stories, and technical specifications using agile tools such as Rally and JIRA Dynamically prioritize the backlog, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable impact on risk posture, in line with evolving timelinesMinimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product management, risk management, or control automation within a complex, matrixed organization Proven ability to define and deliver product roadmaps, particularly in areas related to risk mitigation, control automation, or enterprise compliance Strong experience working in agile environments, with proficiency in tools such as Rally, JIRA, and other backlog and workflow management platformsPreferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams using the “Three-in-a-Box” model or similar collaborative frameworks Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate complex requirements into actionable product features Familiarity with Oracle HCM platforms and modules (e.g., Core HR, Talent, Learning, Performance) and their role in enterprise HR ecosystemsSalary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
