Manager - Digital Media
Overview Overview: This role will support the new as well as ongoing digital marketing agenda for Pepsico India as well as Nepal Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. PepsiCo India has been on a rapid growth trajectory on Digital and this role will manage and own the execution of campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to, social media, search engines, and display advertising. This role will be a part of PO1 Media and Marketing team working across Foods and Beverages and will contribute to India’s growth story on Digital The role reports to Sr Digital Marketing for India , but will work extensively with cross functional teams across PepsiCo Responsibilities What will you do: Support Digital Acceleration, Responsible for Digital Media plans India Foods and Beverages along with Nepal Bangladesh and Srilanka Interface media agencies on initiatives, providing them with inputs on campaign design, performance trends and evaluation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive 100% CreativeX complaint media deliveries. Engage with agency teams on day-to-day basis for all digital campaign deliveries and own campaign reporting. Work together with teams to ensures media deliverables are met and aligned with overall marketing goals /objectives. Support in building digital annual operating plans in line with brand plans and KPIs Manage internal as well as external digital media audits on an annual basis. Collaborate with vendor partners / publishers to evaluate new properties/ platforms, 1st time executions/ betas and alphas Manage data delivery for media effectiveness evaluations (supported by Insights); including ROI Engine Work with multiple cross functional teams to help with India’s 1st Party data Agenda. Analytics and Reporting: Measure, report the performance of digital marketing campaigns while assessing against Goals (Return on Investment and Key Performance Indicators) Manage monthly spend trackers. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts. Stay up to date with industry trends, market updates, and best practices. Network of Interactions : Marketing team including Brand/ category, Insights, IT, Finance, Controls Vendors/ Publishers, Agencies: Creative as well as Media Qualifications Key Skills and Qualifications Preferred: Bachelors/Masters in Marketing or in any field At least 5-7 years' work experience in Digital Marketing agencies or Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods/Pharma Working Knowledge on tools like DV360, Ad words, TTD, Meta Insights, GA, Negotiation skill to strike publisher deals, MS Excel, PowerPoint. Working knowledge on CDP tool is a plus Other soft skills: Adaptability and comfort of learning new skill set. Able to work with minimal supervision.
