The Manager-Development Programs & Organizational Effectiveness is responsible for shaping the strategic direction and coordination of enterprise-wide leadership and employee development related activities. By leveraging instructional design principles, learning science, and strong business partnerships, the manager delivers development solutions that prepare the organization for the future. Key focus areas include:
Learning Strategy & Execution
Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide learning programs. Translate business priorities into actionable development strategies. Build scalable, high-impact development programs aligned to workforce needs.
Leadership Effectiveness & Enablement
Learning Infrastructure & Operations
Communication & Collaboration
Note: This position can be based in either Richmond, Virginia or Cayce, South Carolina.
8-10 years of relevant experience in learning and development, with a focus on enterprise-wide initiatives and leadership development.
Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:
Education Level: Bachelor degree required. Master degree strongly preferred.
Preferred Discipline(s): Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.
Licenses, Certifications, or Quals DescriptionSHRM and/or PHR certification is a plus.
