Ensure team members are trained & understand Nissan’s Warranty Policies and ProceduresDaily task monitoring and delivery managementHigh warranty cost analysis for overseas market.Ensure warranty, goodwill and RSA (Road Side Assistance) expenses are optimised through validation processes.Reporting development and enhancement by utilising Nissan systems including Business Intelligence (BI) tool to produce regular reporting to respecting team.Preparing warranty readiness for new model launch including OPC validation and system settings are implemented to handle all warranty activities by dealer network.Reviewing & updating standards where appropriate.Flat Rate Schedule Validation & ManagementProduct Information Bulletin Review and Claiming Conditions update in system.Reporting to local and regional level.Chennai India
