Our broad approach delivers key results for our customers by achieving cloud driven modernization and workplace and operational transformation to own the business in a secure environment. **Job** **Tittle** : Manager-CSI (Service Management) **LOCATION** : Hartford, CT · Should have minimum 10+ years of Exp in Service Management & Project Management · Good in Tracking SLA & KPI · Should have atleast 7+ years of exp in Customer facing roles in past · Must have Good exposure on ITSM tool & process · Capable to handle the large Teams · Excellent in communication skill · Should be able to drive the large project and work with multiple team · Should have good knowledge on Problem & Change management · Preferred to have certification in any Project Management & Mainframe technology. **Required skills:** ITSM, Project Management, Team Management, CMDB.
