Manager CRS ESG

Job Description & Summary

Are you interested in sustainability reporting? Do you want to make an impact on organizations and society? Do you get excited about reporting on environmental, social, and governance aspects? Do you have fresh ideas and want to develop yourself professionally and personally within an international organization? Do you want to be active in the rapidly evolving world of sustainability reporting? Then you are the Corporate Reporting Services (CRS) Manager we are looking for!

What you will you be doing?

The CRS team is engaged in reporting in the broadest sense. This naturally includes financial reporting, focused on annual accounts, but increasingly also sustainability reporting, which is now being applied by large listed companies. Developments in this area are moving fast; the first standards for sustainability reporting, ESRS, are already widely used. Due to the complexity of these standards, a revision, the so-called Omnibus, has already been decided, which will require new insights and interpretations that many of our clients will face. In summary, we operate within a dynamic environment that presents numerous opportunities and challenges, which we address collaboratively with our clients to drive progress.

You will make an essential contribution to both financial and sustainability reporting and be part of our ESG team. You will operate in a dynamic environment full of opportunities and challenges, where you will develop and implement solutions with our clients. As part of the team, you will support colleagues in PwC’s Assurance practice regarding sustainability dynamics:

Working on various forms of reporting, both financial and sustainability reporting.

Contributing to the implementation of the latest standards in sustainability reporting, such as ESRS.

Interpreting complex regulations and standards, including recent developments via the Omnibus.

Supporting PwC's Assurance practice within the ESG and CRS teams.

Providing consultations, presentations, and assistance with training sessions.

Identifying opportunities and challenges within the dynamic sustainability landscape.

Close collaboration with client teams and specialists in environmental, social, and governance reporting.

Working together with experts in audit methodology and Risk Management.

Does this describe you?

You are people-oriented and skilled at navigating political, dynamic, and complex environments. You enjoy collaborating in multidisciplinary teams, are a good listener, and can communicate clearly with colleagues and clients to reach the best solution together. You combine strategic and analytical insight with an eye for sustainability aspects and perseverance. You work carefully and take into account various interests within your work.

You have at least 5 years of audit-related work experience and have completed an RA or AA degree.

Experience in sustainability reporting and/or assurance is preferred, but enthusiasm for the sustainability theme is most important.

You speak and write Dutch and English fluently and easily adapt to changing work environments.

What are we offering?
At PwC, you will have the opportunity to be yourself, get the best out of yourself in a high-performance organisation and grow within our global network. As part of our team we offer:

A competitive salary, attractive pension plan and the opportunity to grow;

Customised training for professional growth and leadership development;

Motivating work environment where collaboration with ambitious colleagues and recognition for your contributions are highly valued;

Comprehensive benefits including "well-being budget" for physical and mental health;

Flexibility of hybrid working, including ergonomic home office and fixed expense allowance including internet allowance;

Attractive mobility options, including electric lease car, car waiver allowance and the possibility of using different shared transport providers;

32 vacation days per year;

Fun extras such as various informal company activities.

These are just a handful of our terms of employment. Find more information on our website.
