Role Purpose:
Lead the creative direction for our digital experience across platforms. As a Senior Creative Designer, you’ll own the development and execution of high-impact visual campaigns that elevate our brand and drive business goals. This role balances hands-on design with leadership, overseeing creative output across onsite, mobile, and campaign channels. You’ll mentor junior designers, embed brand identity, and ensure execution is aligned with both creative excellence and commercial impact.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The Senior Creative Designer leads the end-to-end development of visual content across digital campaigns and onsite platforms. You’ll set the creative direction, guide execution from concept to delivery, and ensure high standards across all assets. Working closely with marketing, onsite, and performance teams, you’ll turn briefs into engaging visuals that drive results across desktop, mobile, and app. You’ll also oversee A/B testing and use performance data to refine creative output and maximize impact.

Minimum Qualifications/education
Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or equivalent creative disciplineMinimum experience
6+ years of digital creative experience with 2+ years in a leadership or senior design role; ideally in ecommerce or consumer-facing brand environmentsSkills
Strong creative vision with an eye for detailCapable of balancing hands-on design with team leadershipStrong understanding of brand systems, user behavior, and commercial driversFluent in English and Arabic (written and visual language)
