Your new role
As a Manager – Corporate Strategy, you will:

Develop and execute multi-channel engagement initiatives and manage promotional budgets and projects. Collaborate across departments to align marketing strategies and communicate brand strategy to the sales force. Lead the Sales Council, enhancing brand execution through field visits and engaging with the sales team. Manage product communication and brand image while ensuring compliance with relevant marketing guidelines. Oversee market research projects, develop product campaigns, and gather feedback on marketing materials and strategies through field visits.

 

Your new department
This role is part of the General Manager’s Office and reports to the Executive Assistant to the General Manager. Based in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, the department plays a crucial role in shaping Novo Nordisk’s corporate strategy and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. You will work closely with senior leaders and diverse teams, contributing to initiatives that enhance our reputation and drive impactful outcomes.

 

Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for a new Corporate Strategy Manager who will enjoy working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Science. Consultancy experience desired Strong communication and dialogue skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to work independently in an international, cross-functional team environment. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement with senior leaders. Strong cross-functional business understanding, including knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. Affiliate experience or experience with pharmaceutical products desired
