This on-site position at the Linthicum, Maryland location will provide oversight for two Business Units: Microelectronics Design and Applications (MDA) and Foundry, Test, and Advanced Packaging (FTAP). It will also serve as a strategic liaison with the Advanced Programs Business Unit. This position requires a Contracts leader who can excel at the following:
Shape contracting approaches and influence growth strategy.
Lead the proposal, negotiation, review, and management of a wide range of complex contracts and agreements, including government and commercial.
Provide strategic contracting guidance that balances compliance with speed, agility, and competitive positioning.
Make informed decisions in a timely manner, offer guidance, and work cooperatively with a multitude of organizations.
Continue to grow a high performing and motivated team.
Interface with customers, building strong customer relationships focused on shared success.
Solve complex problems by actively seeking information and ideas from a variety of sources.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with 10+ years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in contract administration/management.
A minimum of 2 years of leadership/exposure
Prior experience managing teams
Experience with FAR/DFARS
Experience negotiating complex transactions
Prior experience interfacing with all levels of employees and management
Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly level clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Secret level Security Clearance
Existing active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly level clearance

Primary Level Salary Range: $147,500.00 - $221,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
