Job Summary:

The Central Florida Division Consumer Product Manager will be an integral part of an exciting new Consumer Experience Design and Activation team within AdventHealth. The Product Manager is responsible for all facets of the consumer journey. As the Product Manager, you will have a successful track record of developing consumer centric strategies, breaking down complex business ideas/ issues and delivering world class experiences in both physical and digital domains. Great products come from great collaborations, and you'll need to partner with varying internal teams including but not limited to, engineers, designers, researchers, and operators to create impactful products for our Consumers, Providers, and business leaders. AdventHealth will depend on you to innovate, invent, develop, and validate ideas, providing a path to scale successful projects. You should possess a combination of strategy and execution skills at the enterprise level.

You Will Be Responsible For:

Work with Sr. Manager Consumer Experience Activation to provide leadership for consumer experience products, including products roadmap, product design, launch and ongoing optimization.

Maintains direct engagement and visibility into all consumers experience initiatives being solutioned, assessing design needs and executing market design activations.

Manages assigned portfolio of solution(s) corporate or CFD-Specific from initial design through activation, partnering with corporate consumer teams as appropriate, including Consumer Tech.

Responsible for management, evaluation and enhancement of overall experience strategies and their related implementation tactics, striving to improve the Consumer and Team Member experience

Deep understanding and proven track record of product management and user experience design with respect to Web, as well as the ability to provide broad influential leadership towards the development of Consumer- and employee-centric experiences.

Lead a cross-functional team of Product, UX, Technology & Operations team members to estimate, design, develop and deploy new consumer focused products through a development approach that leverages agile principles

Develop and support strategy for the interaction model, interaction design and user experience for Consumers and Team Members fusing the digital and the physical to create a simple and seamless experience

Ensuring new consumer focused products and/or enhancements are well integrated and vetted within the AdventHealth ecosystem (product lines/verticals/sites), including proactively partnering and collaborating with impacted upstream/downstream areas.

Education and Experience Required:

Associate degree

5 Related Experience

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively plan, organize and execute assigned projects on time

Ability to organize and plan cross-functional team meetings

Working knowledge of healthcare entities relative to network affiliations

Strong verbal and written skills; communicating effectively with senior executives, physicians, staff, internal customers, and strategic partners

Experienced in Microsoft Project or similar software
