How will you make an impact in this role?

Key responsibilities 

- Sales strategy execution; Deliver against Cards acquisition, Charge volume and Revenue targets 

- Provide coaching and direction to 10-15 direct reports to meet individual and team performance targets. 

- Build external strategic partnerships pursuing lead generation  

- Partner with Merchant Services & other line of business to explore and address business opportunities, such as vertical deals & partnerships 

- Effective Pipeline management

- Ensure adherence to policies, regulations and processes

Position Requirements 

- Track record of conceiving, structuring and selling in the Small and Medium Enterprises segment

- Previous experience as people leader

- Strong negotiation skills; demonstrated ability in building rapport and earning credibility with prospects and partners 

- Strong Project and time management skills 

- Strong financial acumen 

- Ability to effectively analyze data such as performance metrics, segment and industry data to identify business opportunities and improvement actions 

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  

- Strong executive presence. 

- Ability to develop business processes while collaborating to define and oversee business conduct programs and controls
