The qualifications we are looking from you: Current Michigan Registered Nurse license Bachelor's degree in nursing, business, healthcare admin required Master's degree preferred Four or more years of leadership experience Demonstrated administrative and supervisory ability Supporting the integration of Behavioral Health and primary care across the Munson Healthcare service area
Duties include: Travel throughout the MHC northern Michigan regionLeads standardization of processes and policies across medical practices to optimize pay-for-performance incentives.Collaborates with MPN Managers, technical, revenue cycle, and performance improvement teams.Identifies and implements process improvements to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.Supports teamwork through effective communication, collaboration, and feedback.
