Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a MANAGER- CENTRAL BILLING OFFICE - CBO to join our CENTRAL BILLING OFFICE team!

Performs day-to-day managerial and supervisory duties related to managing Epic customer service and collection teams. Participates with Fiscal Services department on review of contract variances noted for hospital and clinics where claims follow up in performed.

HOURS: Full Time 1.0 FTE, 80 Hours Biweekly

Experience/Qualifications

 Knowledge of billing and collection standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or other related field.A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in medical billing required.A minimum of three (3) years’ supervisory experience required.Hospital and/or Clinic management experience desired.Direct experience in a hospital, clinic, or insurance company setting.Certification as a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) or Certified Coding Specialist beneficial.Expected to work extended hours to attend meetings and meet deadlines. Travel to local and regional sites with some overnight travel may be required. Possesses good oral and written communication skills.
