The Manager of Cardiac Rehab will provide leadership for operations of Cardiac Rehab program in support of facility goals dedicated to excellence, effective leadership, and financial stability. Supports the delivery of high quality, cost effective patient care and demonstrates knowledge and leadership in preventative and rehabilitative outpatient exercise programs for participants with medically diagnosed cardiovascular disease. This position requires accountability for managing resources (human, material and financial), to ensure quality, cost-effective delivery of patient services for this specific patient population through direct action, delegation, coaching and support. Qualifications: * Associate's Degree in Healthcare related field. * Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree preferred. * Registered Nurse or Exercise Physiologist experience strongly preferred. * Prior experience in outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program preferred. * Minimum 2-3 years of relevant clinical or medical administrative experience. * CPR and ACLS Certification required. * Exceptional leadership and communication skills required.
