As Manager Capital Projects, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects at our Pakistan site. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve successful outcomes. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless project integration. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement by implementing innovative solutions and best practices. Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications/Skills Basic: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing capital projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects. Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Engineering or Project Management. Experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry. Familiarity with project management tools and software. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
