 Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Responsibilities include ensuring the Product and Business-related testing needs are met and all testing work (UAT) is planned, strategized, executed, and monitored throughout project lifecycles. Work with Product and Tech Teams to create winning strategies on process efficiencies, automation and governance. Partner with Product Owners, Business, Project & Program Managers across various Agile Release Trains to prioritize and deliver on Enterprise Top Priority projects Mitigating project risks and managing any resourcing constraints or impediments. Leading conversations with Product Teams and Project Teams to gain alignment on Test Deliverables, highlight showstoppers and work towards successful delivery. In addition, this individual will ensure adherence to SDLC Testing Standards and all Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Legal requirements are met from Product testing front. This position is also responsible for ensuring a cohesive and mutually beneficial business relationship with various internal and external business and technical partners. This individual will also manage vendor relations, onboarding, and team performance.

 Required Qualifications:

Strong ability to coach, develop and motivate team members. Previous leadership experience as a direct people leader. Experience in Servicing related platforms: Consumer, Corporate & Digital customer journeys exposure. Prior Testing knowledge is preferable. Advanced knowledge of SDLC and Scaled Agile Frameworks. Basic programming language. Familiarity with JSON, API, Postman. Automation testing skills - familiarity with tools or automation framework like Selenium, Playwright, Java script API for automation, etc will be an advantage. Experience with Test Environments and RDEs( rapid development environments) Proven relationship management skills and strong collaborative skills across all levels of the organization. Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills with an analytical mind-set, and the ability to multi-task whilst meeting tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written with the ability to quickly tailor communications to various levels within the business unit. Proven track record in meeting aggressive timelines, effectively managing multiple priorities and displaying commitment and resilience. Strong sense of personal accountability and proven self-starter with ability to work in a dynamic, time-critical environment providing IST & EST/MST time zone coverage. Strong Reporting and Presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc), familiarity with Project Management tools such as JIRA, Confluence. Candidate should have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a recognized university. Time in role (internal candidates) – at least 18 months in current role.

Preferred:

Experience working in a testing environment. SAFE Agile/ PMP certified preferred.
